Shipping & Returns Policies

At Shiny Monkey, we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience for all our customers. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms of shipment:

1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. 
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be specified in the product description.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
If we experience delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Options and Rates
Free standard shipping on all orders, limited-time new store launch special. Available through Canada Post or UPS standard shipping. Email us should you require an expedited delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method:
Canada: 5-10 business days
United States: 7-14 business days - Email us for shipping rates. 
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Customs and Duties 
For international orders: Shiny Monkey is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may vary by location.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. Please note that the Free Delivery option may not include tracking. 

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Shiny Monkey is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. 

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Shiny Monkey is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the item.

8. Returns & Refunds
As a small business, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or cancellations.

However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will happily evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
